Does your children do this at school?

How does it work? (meaning do they give to the whole class or just certain friends?) hugs

Jasper's school does. If you bring for one person in your class, you have to bring for your whole class. Beyond that, you can bring extra valentines for other friends in other classes without needing to bring for that whole class.

Amelia's Daycare does it... lmao  I'm not sure how I'm going to get her to sign all of them

When I was in school the rule was one for everyone in the class.  I always saved out the "cool" ones for my friends.

When I was little, we brought in one for each student in the class. Same with Patrick's class. He had to take in 18 Valentines. A month ago there were only 15 students. They've added 3 more since then.  People moving in and out of the district due to the economy.

There's a few special needs kids in Patrick's class though so I don't really think it's fair that the school put the newest Kindergartener in his class. There is one girl who is a constant behavior problem. She hits, kicks punches and bothers EVERYONE. The teacher has to rotate her seat weekly so that each student gets a chance to sit next to the problem child.  It's not her fault. She's had a rough life. Lives with her grandparents since she was removed from her parent's home. Sad really.
