That article is SO much better than the first one I read on the subject. That makes a lot more sense... the first one was all "oh silly breastfeeders donating" and this one lays out why it's not the best idea *at the moment*.

Best case, maybe the babies that don't have a mother nursing them for whatever reason can be connected with someone who can wet nurse them.  That would be the most simple and straightforward way to get the babies fed in a place that has minimal clean water, supplies, etc.
